This privacy policy governs your use of the software “DHIME” that was created by Dhime Private Limited. The software includes the Android, iOS and Web applications from Dhime. These applications from Dhime are intended to help and accelerate your journey of learning dance.

We Are Committed To Protecting The Privacy And Security Of The Users Of Our Applications

This privacy policy outlines the information we collect, how we use it and your choices concerning our possession and use of this information. We may change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues, adhere to new regulations and reflect changes on our website. Permissions Sought by the Android Application

This section lists the Android Permissions sought by the Android application, along with the reason for requesting those permissions.

Personal Indentification Information

You need to login to the applications to start using them. The login process requests your Name & e-mail address. This information is securely transported to our servers and is securely saved in the servers. In addition to the authentication and the login purposes, these Personally Identifiable Information are also used to provide you with a personalized learning experience.

No other Personally Identifiable Information is used or accessed by the Applications. Even your recorded dance video is processed locally on the phone and is deleted immediately after the analysis. It is never sent out of the phone.

Non Personal Identification Information

The applications collect some Non Personal Identification Information to help improve the overall functionality of the applications and to improve the learning experiences deliverd to you. These Non Personal Identification Information include City, Region & Country, to personalize the content to you. It also includes any software crash logs, stack traces and software diagnostics, to help us identify and fix any software issues. It also include your interactions with the applications and usage of various parts of the applications to help understand the portions of the applications that need improvement.

All the above Non Personal Identifiable Information is used in an anonymous fashion without attributing any of these to any single user, but using them in an overall statistical way.

Third Party Services

Third Parties are the other Companies whose services are used by Dhime to provide you with the intended learning experiences. One such third party service is Google Authentication, which Dhime uses to authenticate the users. Other third party services used by Dhime are shared with the above explained Non Personal Identification Information to deliver their services.

We protect the user privacy by working with only those third parties that adhere to the highest standards of user privacy protection.

Access, Correction & Deletion of your Information

If you would like to review, correct or delete any Personal Information we have retained about you in our severs, please send us an e-mail request for the same at info@dhime.in to help us address your request. Please specify which information you wish to review, correct or delete.

You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases and servers, although we will always make reasonable efforts to do so upon your request. Please also understand that due to the volume of traffic on the Website and correspondence received, we cannot make any representations about the timeliness of the making of such modifications.
